St Hubert's Winery is one of the oldest wineries operating within the Yarra Valley wine region. So, when it came to its multi-million-dollar re-development in 2022, it was critical that only the most superior products were used.

Tiftuf Bermuda was selected for the lawn rooftop and amphitheatre due to its exceptional drought tolerance and exceptionally high-quality presentation and improved winter colour retention.

Proudly working with Shannon and the team at SCR Landscapes and supplying almost 8000m2 of turf, this project was completed in May 2022.

McKechnie Reserve was Lilydale Instant Lawn's very first full TifTuf Bermuda soccer field installation.

Catering for a local club with high usage rates, TifTuf Bermuda has been able to deliver a high quality low mown playing surface with self repairing capacity and exceptionally low water usage compared to benchmarked couch grasses.

Proudly working with Robbie and the team at RMS Groundworks and supplying over 8500m2 of turf, this project was completed in March 2019.

Casey Fields was Lilydale Instant Lawn's very first commercial TifTuf Bermuda installation.

It began with 800 square metres surrounding the tennis pavilion, on 23 January 2018. This site was a great test straight out of the blocks with its East facing perspective shaded by both Pear trees and large gum trees.  The south side of the building has heavy wear and is shaded by the structure and the site was established with our irrigation establishing on hose and sprinkler and then surviving on what nature delivered.  ( irrigation was installed two years later)

Our second TifTuf Bermuda installation was a large mounded playground in September 2018, this playground is a very high traffic area, and our client felt that the strong rhizome structure would help the grass handle the wear and tear through Winter and ensure great recovery in Spring – it has delivered in every aspect.

Our third TifTuf Bermuda project here was driven by the performance that was noted in the first two sites.  Our client decided to convert a high water use Rye grass Australian rules football ground into TifTuf Bermuda.

The oval can now handle a much greater volume of use and has dramatically reduced its water usage which is a major benefit given the sheer size of this facility and the amount of sports fields requiring irrigation. TifTuf Bermuda was placed under great pressure at a very early stage when the field was used for a large multi-day event then went straight into a football season it travelled through very well and has consolidated into a high-quality sports surface.

Warburton Recreation Reserve is a multi-purpose sports reserve offering organised sport, multi-purpose buildings, a playground and walking track.

Warburton is a challenging site where shade from trees and the cold winter months test any warm-season grass however the TifTuf Bermuda has given the council great confidence and they have specified it into their next construction project. 

City of Maroondah

Maroondah have now used TifTuf Bermuda to overplant a number of grounds that they have transitioned from Kikuyu, the feedback has been that the TifTuf Bermuda has given them great results it is very competitive and fast establishing which allows them to get their grounds back into play quickly while continuing to eradicate the Kikuyu. 

Croydon park is used for American football (Grid Iron) which is extremely hard on a turf surface and the TifTuf Bermuda has held up this sport amazingly well. 

Cheong Park was planted in late October and was in excellent condition by mid-February.

The Essendon Fields Business Park project was completed by Linfox Property Group several years ago.

This project demonstrates the beneficial aspects of Eureka Premium VG Kikuyu (Village Green) including its ability to withstand various weather and traffic conditions, whilst still maintaining it's dark green leaf year round. A large contender in selecting the most suitable turf variety in this case where harsh winds and water constraints.

Commonwealth Golf Club based in Oakleigh an ongoing 3 year project involving the returfing of various sections of the golf course, with a variety of Couch.

Sandown Racetrack reconstruction commenced the end of August 2013, the customised blend of ryegrass/ bluegrass was grown on Lilydale Instant Lawn's sand based Bairnsdale Farm. Working alongside McMahons contractors whom managed the construction, over 110,000m2 of turf was installed and completed in late October, leaving a 12 week period for the turf to settle before Sandown commence their 2014 racing season on February 19, 2014.

The first stage of Ron Barassi Senior Park, includes a sports field, community pavilion, and playground, which has recently opened in October 2015.

The Western Park Redevelopment located in the heart of Docklands, sees the construction of exciting new park space. Incorporating 2 brand new football ovals overlaid with two full-sized soccer pitches, Community pavilion, Children’s play area, and Exercise circuit. 

Village Kikuyu (Eureka Kikuyu Premium VG) was supplied by Lilydale Instant Lawn's sand-based Bairnsdale farm.
