About Steve

As General Manager at Lilydale Instant Lawn, Steve Cole brings 41 years of turf industry experience, including 21 years with the company. He oversees turf production at the Bairnsdale and Pakenham farms, supporting managers and their teams to maintain high standards.

Steve also works closely with commercial clients, providing tailored turf solutions and managing tenders for larger projects. What he enjoys most is that, even after four decades, there's always something new to learn, and every project offers a chance to improve outdoor spaces.
