Our perennial grasses can be planted all year round
It’s best practice to install new turf during the warmer months of spring and summer. That’s certainly what we recommend for all of our turfs, too. But if you’ve got build schedules to keep, you may not be able to afford to let months go by before installing your lawn.
Because our lawn turfs stay healthy all year, you can successfully install them in winter, though they’ll need a little extra attention. Just ensure your area receives full sun and no traffic during its first Winter.
To ensure we deliver the healthiest possible grass, we grow it ourselves on our four Victorian Farms. Right from germination, our grass acclimates to Victoria’s seasonal conditions, and we only harvest once the turf is mature and has passed our quality control. You’ll be getting the best grass in every season.
Bear in mind that our three recommended turfs will likely fade a little when dormant, but they will not turn yellow. If you want to boost their colour, we recommend using ColourGuard Plus.
