With almost 40 years’ experience in the turf industry, Lilydale Instant Lawn has gone from strength to strength with Garry at the helm as Managing Director. As dual founder of the business, Garry has taken Lilydale Instant Lawn from humble beginnings on a small rural property, to where it is now one of Victoria’s leading turf suppliers. Consisting of over 50 employees with in excess of 600 acres of turf farms, including the Yarra Glen Head office, two Pakenham farms and a large scale sand based farm in Bairnsdale.Garry’s innovation within the turf industry includes being one of the first producers of Tall Fescue, introducing Sir Walter Buffalo to the Victorian market, and acting as an integral part in the development of Tiftuf Bermuda in Australia.

Steve has 38 years of experience working in turf production and project management as well as Golf Course maintenance, major stadium surface construction, racetrack construction and turf farm development. Steve is trade certified and has a Associate Diploma of Applied Science - Turf Management. Steve will help you through all stages of the project to make sure you are satisfied.

Denise has over 30 years’ experience in OHS and Management at Lilydale Instant Lawn. Ty has 18 years of turf management experience including contracting, project management and sports field construction. He spent over 10 years maintaining a world class turf surface at the MCG. Ty started his career at Royal Melbourne Golf Club where he completed a 4 - year apprenticeship. Ty also holds a Diploma in Turf Management. Ty will ensure your turf is grown to the highest standard and meets all your expectations prior to it arriving at your project.

Peter boasts an impressive 45-year career in logistics, ranging from driving delivery trucks to owning and managing a large-scale freight company. Currently, as the logistics planner, he orchestrates deliveries with a fleet of 10 trucks, efficiently moving up to 9,000 square meters of cargo daily. Peter's extensive experience and strategic acumen have played a pivotal role in optimizing operations and ensuring the timely and reliable transportation of goods. His journey from a delivery truck driver to a key player in the logistics industry is a testament to his resilience and deep understanding of the intricacies of the field.
