This Mt Eliza home required a lawn that complemented its expansive outdoor setting and elegant design. Working with Laguna Landscapes, our team supplied and installed Sir Walter DNA Certified Buffalo across more than 600 square metres. The addition of premium topsoil ensured superior turf establishment and long-term growth, resulting in a perfectly level, rich green finish.

How we brought the project to life

The homeowners wanted an inviting, low-maintenance landscape that felt connected to their coastal surroundings. Their goal was to create a soft, family-friendly lawn that could handle everyday use while complementing the property’s elegant outdoor design.

Before installation, Laguna Landscapes prepared the ground with 38m³ of topsoil to enrich the soil base. This preparation, combined with our high-quality turf supply and expert installation, ensured even growth and strong root development.

Irrigation Access: We utilised the natural slope and gradient of the property, meaning no added drainage was required.
