When David first joined Lilydale Instant Lawn, he had no experience in the turf industry. Ten years on, his knowledge of the business has grown alongside his role. As Finance Manager, he is responsible for cash flows, accounts payable, debtors, payroll, and management reporting that supports decision-making at every level.
David is passionate about Lilydale’s strategic plans and the role each department plays in achieving them. By analysing business performance and providing insight, he helps management refine strategies and ensure the company continues to grow.
David’s expertise lies in finance and strategy, where his skills support Lilydale’s long-term success and stability. He also works closely with other departments, making sure financial insights translate into practical actions that strengthen the whole business.
