In her role as OHS-HR Manager, she ensures that the team continues to learn and grow personally and professionally while creating a safer and stronger workforce.
A self-described “people and processes nerd,” Denise thrives on supporting staff and creating environments where everyone feels valued and engaged. Her passion lies in helping people succeed, recognising that Lilydale’s culture and safety are as important as the turf itself.
Denise combines her industry experience with a passion for people, processes, and creativity. She loves finding ways to bring out the best in others, ensuring both staff and customers experience the true Lilydale difference.
