We strive to ensure that your entire expereince with us is exceptional.  From your first call where we will ask many questions to help determine the right lawn for your house through to the day of delivery when your home is transformed into a green oasis.  We want you to have the best lawn in the street and we are here for ongoing advice and lawn maintenance products in the years ahead.

Sales Team

The sales team are here to offer you advice from the beginning. We can recommend the turf variety which suits your area, wants and needs. However the choice is yours we can provide you with any lawn you may require.

Any products you may require such as fertiliser etc can be purchased from our online store.

Our newly designed webpage has a wide range of advice to help assist you throughout each stage of your project.

With interactive videos that show you first hand how to create an area of lawn, which can be enjoyed for many years to come.

Our service to you

  1. Once you have measured your area you can now contact our sales team on 9730 1128 to place your order. Plan to lay your new lawn on the day it is delivered to ensure you give your turf the best possible start. Instant lawn is a living breathing product therefore it has a very short "shelf life" and it is critical that you lay it as soon as possible.
  2. Once your new lawn is ordered and paid for your order will be in our system. The day before delivery we will harvest your new lawn and it will be identified by the variety and quantity for your job.
  3. By 4pm the day before your delivery you will receive a text message stating an estimated delivery time (except on Monday mornings where the time will be given once the delivery truck leaves the farm).
  4. Your new lawn will be placed on one of our six modern trucks which all are tracked by GPS so we know where your new lawn is at all times. If for mechanical, traffic or other reasons your delivery is delayed by more than half an hour we will endeavour to contact you so you know what is happening with your new lawn and when you can expect its arrival.
  5. Our trucks are all equipped with forklifts that use a pallet retrieval system so we leave your new lawn and take the pallets home with us.
  6. Your lawn will be placed by our forklift as close to your laying site as is safe and accessible or as directed. However if no direction or contact is made then we will leave your turf on the nature strip.

After Sales Service

Your Lilydale Experience does not finish once you have laid your new lawn. The team are here to assist you whenever you require advice or assistance.
